I do a little bit of everything! Most often, I help small businesses, artists and makers improve their online presence or product presentation through whatever methods suit their needs. This usually involves photography or editing existing photos, setting up selling platforms and providing contacts/resources. I typically have a hand in both design and execution. For example, I can help develop graphics for advertising then, if needed, assist with running those campaigns. I've helped with custom packaging, product design, copywriting, reducing shipping costs, obtaining upc codes/labeling, or just brainstorming and giving feedback - whatever they need!
I am not affiliated with any particular organization or platform, but usually I work with Shopify, Etsy or Amazon depending on the product or service. Sometimes I just help improve on existing sites or businesses that need a little housekeeping. Each client has their own goals and challenges.
